It does not cover the Tripgic API itself, which is accessed with API keys and does not use browser cookies.

- Strictly necessary — required to remember your consent choice and to protect the site against abuse. These cannot be switched off because the site cannot honour your preferences without them.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 measures page views, traffic sources, and site performance in aggregate so we can improve our content and documentation. Used only with your consent where the law requires it.

Google Tag Manager, which we use to load measurement tags, does not set cookies of its own. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which does not set cookies; your browser's IP address is transmitted to Google when the font files are requested.
5. How We Configure Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited. We have configured it to collect the minimum data needed:
- Google Consent Mode v2: analytics cookies are set only when
analytics_storageis granted. All advertising signals (ad_storage,ad_user_data,ad_personalization) are permanently denied. - 14-month cookie lifetime: the
_gacookies expire 14 months after they are first set and are not refreshed on later visits, so the identifier rotates automatically. - 14-month data retention: user- and event-level data in our GA4 property is deleted automatically after 14 months. Only aggregated, non-identifying report totals are kept beyond that.
- No Google signals, no ad personalisation, no User-ID: we do not link analytics to Google accounts, demographics, or any login.
- IP addresses: Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; they are used only transiently to derive approximate country-level location.
When analytics consent is denied, no analytics cookies are written and existing ones are deleted. Google may still receive cookieless, non-identifying signals (for example, that a page was loaded) which are used only for aggregate modelling. 6. How Consent Works
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland: analytics cookies are off by default and are set only after you click "Accept all" or enable Analytics in Cookie Settings (opt-in).
- All other regions: analytics cookies are enabled by default and you can switch them off at any time (opt-out).
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal and you have not made a choice, we treat it as a rejection of analytics cookies, consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
- Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again. Rejecting analytics cookies never limits access to any part of the site.
7. Managing or Withdrawing Consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time — withdrawal is as easy as giving consent:

- Delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage means we cannot remember your choice and will ask again.
